Reggie Robinson - President
Reggie is originally from the sunshine state of Florida but has lived in North Carolina since 2002. He started out in the automobile business in 1989 as a salesperson and with a little hard work and sincere dedication he has come a long way. He purchased his first dealership in 2002. Reggie is now the proud owner of two dealerships. When he is not working Reggie enjoys golf, watching movies, and spending time with his two (2) sons Zachery and Reggie JR.

Justin Johns - Finance Manager
Direct from where our nation was born; the keystone state, comes Justin Johns our Finance Manager. He is a PA transplant enjoying the tranquility of working in Sanford while making friends with every customer he assists. Justin is an avid football fan – Colts Fan – but we still love him. A man of many talents Justin has spent time as a radio and event disc jockey. He spent 4 years as a Sales Specialist at US 1 before being promoted to Finance. The thing he loves most about the car business is meeting new people and making friends along the way. He brings 35 banking partnerships with him in order to find you credit solutions – not problems. He will review your application upon receipt and help you in true US 1 tradition – with respect and integrity.

Heidi Flaig - BDC Manager
Heidi Flaig is our new BDC Manager here at US1 Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep. She is originally from Augusta, GA and now calls Pinehurst, NC her home. Heidi has eight years of Management experience behind her. Her passion for excellent customer service and complete satisfaction will make her a great addition to our team. She is excited to bring her experience to Sanford and the surrounding communities. Heidi is a huge sports fan, from games to Nascar, attending events whenever she can.

Tony Talley - Sales Specialist
Tony Talley in true US Army form still incorporates honor, courage and commitment into his sales profession. You may be tempted to salute this former Drill Sergeant when he opens the door to welcome you into his home of 6 years – US 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Tony fell in love with the automotive industry long before finding us while supervising the automotive operations of 6 locations though out the world while serving his country. He has sat in the consumer’s seat over 60 times (Yes, 60 vehicle purchases in his lifetime) and is a confessed car nut. Tony sees his position as a consumer advocate and always takes the time to explain how he can get you more car for less money. Tony’s proudest accomplishment is obtaining his ranking in the military, but today he does take some pride in being one the top ranking Mobsters and Mafia War gamers in the nation. It’s pretty obvious that when Tony sets out to do something he does it right and that always works its way down to his customers.

Charles Ratliff - Sales Specialist
We are excited to introduce Charles Ratliff, a new member of our sales team. Charles has been in retail and sales for eight years now, and has plenty of experience in the car business. Charles enjoys meeting new customers and his goal is helping the customer achieve their auto needs. Charles puts his customers first and gives his undivided attention to each and every one. When he is not at work, Charles loves football, spending time with his little girl, and traveling.

Thomas Mclean - Sales Specialist
We welcome Thomas Mclean to US1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Thomas is new here, however, he has been in retail sales for eight years, and loves it. He enjoys being able to meet so many new people. Thomas, who prefers to be called "Tony", describes himself as a people person. Tony is a sports fan, who loves basketball and football. On his days off, Tony enjoys spending time with family and fishing.

Lisa Talley - Office Manager
Direct from the Lone Star State; Lisa is the epitome of a southern belle, offering exceptional hospitality to both client and co-worker. If you hear the staff at US 1 discussing a dish that someone served up at the last holiday party, it will be Lisa’s as she out cooks us all. US 1 accepted Lisa 2 years ago and she instantly formed a passion for the personal interaction that her position provides. At home Lisa’s true passion is evident, her children. As musician, mother and cook; Lisa is an asset to any community.

Rachel Benedict - Administrative
The northern winds blew in our gregarious Rachel over one year ago from Connecticut and we have been enjoying her dedication since day one. It was a big change from city life to the quaint settings of Sanford, but Rachel has taken quite well to southern living. Her dedication to the customers at US1 is evident as she approaches you with concern and a desire to serve. Rachel’s sense of urgency probably comes from her previous years as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her favorite thing to do in NC is traveling to the shore to enjoy the sun and sand, but with four lovely children at home we guess the time to do so is limited.

Joe Snavely - Service Manager
Joe came all the way to Sanford from Oceanside, California. Although Joe is our new Service Manager here at US1, he has 15 years experience behind him and has multiple certifications. He will make sure all your needs are met while you are here and will make sure you leave happy. Satisfaction is a priority for Joe. He puts all of our customers first and you will feel confident knowing your vehicle is in good hands with Joe. When Joe has a day off, he likes to fish and play golf.

Tommy McDonald - Service Advisor
Born and raised a southern boy, Tommy grew up in Goldsboro and has taken quite well to his Sanford surroundings. An expert in the domestics he has spent time working the showrooms of Ford Lincoln and Mercury before learning the Chrysler Jeep and Dodge products. Interaction with people is what Tommy likes the most about the car business. There is little down time in the car business but when Tommy can catch a break he is immersed in a good book and enjoys the greats like Shakespeare and Hemmingway. Tommy has seen the world with over 20 countries visited while serving in the US Navy.

Douglas Tilton - Shop Foreman/Master Tech
Originally from New Hampshire, our new shop foreman Doug Tilton has 34 years of experience under his belt and 26 years of them are with Chrysler alone. Doug is a certified Chrysler Master Tech and has an Associates Degree in Applied Science & Automotive Technology. With the dedication and experience that Doug has, he is sure to be a great asset to US1. Doug enjoys motorcycle riding and restoring antique tractors. He also keeps himself busy designing and building gaming computers.

Jeremy Kennedy - Master Technician
Born and raised in North Carolina, Jeremy is our Master Technician specializing in electrical problems with over 10 years experience. He has an Associates Degree in Automotive Technologies, is ASE Certified and Chrysler Master Certified in all areas of repair. With multiple certifications in many areas, he is advanced in his field. Jeremy strives for customer satisfaction and takes pride in every job he does. Jeremy is a classic car enthusiast, loves sports and enjoys water skiing.

Richard Lambert - Service Technician
Originally from Baltimore, Rick has now settled down in North Carolina. Rick came straight from the Army to US 1. Rick's training as a Construction Equipment Repairer in the Army has helped him apply his experience here at US1 Chrysler. In his short time with us, he's already achieved Level Two status with Chrysler in all service repair catagories. Rick has a solid work ethic and a strong committment to get the job done. Jason Conner - Service Technician
Jason served in the Military for four years as a Mechanic and now we are excited to have him with us at US1 Chrysler. In the short time he's been with us he's become a Level One certified Chrysler Technician/working on Level Two. Jason also attended the Nascar Technical Institute and has worked at other dealerships. Jason is a Service Technician who is committed to every job he does here. He is a hard worker and very dedicated to his job. He is passionate about working on old cars, even on his days off. David Jones - Wholesale Sales/Delivery
We're glad to have David back with us after his stint in retirement. David's main duties with us are selling and delivering parts to our wholesale customers. A longtime resident of our community, David has many friends (it only takes an introduction to become one) due to his friendly and outgoing personality. After serving in the Army, David has held many positions but most of his career was in the Insurance industry. He is very active in his church and volunteering in the community. From volunteer work at our local hospital, driving for Highway to Healing, or working on election day helping voters, he is a treasure to our community and to us here at US1. David and his better half (his wife) Jackie reside in the Deep River Community.
